Shocking… Gov. Walker refuses $800 million (which, I believe, was the highest sum awarded to any state for high speed rail) because he doesn’t want the state to be stuck with maintenance fees. And now he wants the money back so he can pay for maintenance fees…
Beats me how he got elected..
